Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Important Notes

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays
  • We ship from China via international carriers
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

General Returns (Change of Mind)

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility — we do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective items
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Record an unboxing video — Before opening your package, start recording. Capture the exterior condition of the package, then open it on camera to show the damaged/defective product
  2. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  3. Provide: your order number, unboxing video, and clear photos of the damage
  4. We will review the evidence and determine if the damage was pre-existing (product defect) or caused during transit
  5. For confirmed defects or transit damage, we will either:
    • Send a free replacement at our expense, or
    • Issue a full refund including original shipping costs

Note: Claims without unboxing video evidence may be harder to process. We strongly recommend recording all package openings.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item or issue a full refund.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos/video if applicable
  3. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging
